Can anybody translate these deduction codes that RRC uses?

MH,  FCI,  GAI,  CSW,  PHI

FCI: Firm Capacity (Pipelines to move gas to market)
GAI: Gathering (pipelines to processing)
PHI: Processing
The other two I'm not sure.
