Recent lease offers in Jefferson County?

Is there anyone who is willing to report on their documented lease offers in Jefferson County?  It would be helpful if it pertained to land in the southern half of the county, and particularly, in the area between New Alexandria and Smithfield. Has anyone, in the past year or two been offered anything north of $5000-6000 per acre, and has anyone gotten a bona fide offer for royalties in the 18-20% range.  I am a land owner, not a land man.  Our property is arguably under lease.  We contend that it's available for renewal.

We are near Mt. Plesant we got 7200- 20% from Great River ( American Energy Parntners)
