Yes, mostly with CHK. Though to be fair there really isn't anyone else in Carroll County to do a deal with.
Marcus, yeah, very true. Heres their philosophy per one of their latest conference calls:
"....Rex will attempt to pick up some expiring leases but doesn't think that will be material. The big opportunity is to do some acreage trades with area lease holders so as to optimize layouts for laterals or pool acreage to form units with other operators. Finally it was noted that all of Rex's Ohio Utica wells will include a full "Super Frac" design."
So maybe Rex and Chk will both profit from an individual unit.
