Good Morning

Glad to to see the site up and running, again. Thought I'd ask the big question to many landowners in my neck of the woods: what are the thoughts on the EQT/Rice Energy acquisition? I've heard a lot but nothing substantial. Also, re: Rice, has anyone noticed unusual drops in single well production for Apr? Can't seem to get any feedback from Rice but one of our laterals suddenly dropped from steady 250K+ mcf to just 77K mcf for Apr 2017, while the other 4 wells seem to have stayed on the same track and rate of decline. Not getting any answers from Rice which is disconcerting, particularly since this lateral has consistently been the highest producer and has dropped below the weakest has ever produced. Definitely interested in speculation on both issues. Thx

In what county are you located?

Washington County, PA. The drastic drip turned out to be an error on the DEP production reporting end; our statement showing expected production with avg rate of decline. Whether Rice or SEP error, still a HUGE concern to see a consistent producing well suddenly drop over 70%, even accounting for monthly production decline. Thankfully it was administrative error. Re: EQT, still waiting to see if it will benefit the gas play and landowners, or not. If EQT follows through with its stated goals within the merger it can only be good. Remains to be seen, if and when the companies actually merge. Thanks for the reply.
