what can you tell me, if anything, on the Rover Pipeline going through Hancock County?

I assume you're talking WV.
That would be the Burgettstown Lateral. A 36 inch pipeline starting near Burgettstown PA and ties into the two 42 inch lines in Ohio (State) map link above.

thanks       trying to figure the actual route        we had been notified that they may take our house but then heard that it had shifted the location     can't seem to get any answers from the gov't

Deborah - Last time I saw the route it was crossing Wylie ridge near the water tower and dropping over the hill to the river.
I'll see of I can find the picture that showed the route.

Government doesn't seem to like to answer anything!
