Can someone give us an idea of the average of royalties per acre we should expect to see from wells in Susq. county?

It's very difficult to get a straight answer. However I would suggest to you that any number you hear is unreliable until you see a written proof. You will hear numbers ranging as high as $500 per acre. I have yet to see any actual documentation that shows anyone getting $500 per acre. In short until you see actual payment stubs don't believe the number. Good luck if you get actual documentation please post your answer here

I have heard the same, David. The reason I ask is because based on the figures released on well production, and the price of NG, these numbers do not add up using a royalties calculator. Just thought I would float the question out there to see if we get a better understanding from those who are actually in the play.
