The Well for the unit we are in is jointly owned by 4 companies. With each marketing their share of the gas.

Will the deductions (%) that they take, be the same across all 4 companies, or will they all deduct different amount/percentages??

Thanks for any help.

Different volume, different gas price, different deductions. Nothing is ever the same across the board.

They will pay you on the percentage of the well production.  THAT THEY OWN  but also you now have 4 people to chase for your money. Keep a I on this site alot of great people on here. Good luck

FYI, we have wells with 4 different companies.  This is the breakdown of last years productions and deductions:  CHK took approx 25%, Stat took 34%, Mitsui took 7%, and Andarko took 1%.  There is no rhyme or reason to the deductions just that stat is the greediest of them all.  I can see CHK taking their share, they put in the well and pad but how can Stat justify taking one third?

IN SMITHFIELD TWP ,BRAFORD CO. WERE THEY HAVE PUT ALOT OF GATHERING SYSTEMS IN,CHSPK TAKES 40-50% AND STATOIL TAKES 0% FROM ME!

Same!!! maybe 60% chk 0 stat

For our wells, Anadarko has drilled the wells and the gathering lines. Given that senario, i wonder if Anadarko would be taking the most in deductions??

You do no that anadarco is CHP?

What do you mean that Andadarko is CHP ???

if you are in Bradford co.,ANADARKO is a big joint venture partner w/ cspk.percentage of the jv varies from well to well I think.

I am in Lycoming Co.

Anadarko has no relationship to Chesapeake. They have joint ventures with Chesapeake, as does Stat Oil, Mitsui, and others. They are an independent oil and gas company out of Texas with 5700 employees on the books. Trade under APC in the NYSE.

Well then how come there  ceo

is now the head of chsp.
