We finally received our division order from Cabot and a request for our SS#, tax id, etc.  Is this the W-9 form that people have told us to expect?  The well we are in also has reported production #'s.  How do we calculate what our royalty check should be approximately?  We know that we are paid from off of the well head so we don't have to worry about deductions from the gas co.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks!
