This permit application notice showed up twice a few weeks back on the DEP website. It reads, ( Rt. 208 Pipeline Replacement Project )   Laurel MTN Midstream OPR  LLC  Utility Line Stream Crossing. I believe Laurel MTN is a subsidiary of Williams Co. Williams has a row along the I-80 corridor. Wondering if this is the beginning of the pipeline infrastructure in this part of Mercer Co.
