I have been searching for the true production reports for the Rubel well. It seems that everyone has a different number. I realize that the pipeline to the well has not been finished yet so i have no high expectations on finding these production reports anytime soon. ODNR states that the well has produced 700BOE. There was another discussion on here that said it was producing 3500BOE/D. Another person told me it produces more than the Shugert Unit. Any information would help

Thank you!

See page 26 of this Magnum Hunter Presentation for their take on the Rubel 1H IP results.  It is unknown why MH would be the only E&P company to report the complete numbers (Antero doesn't) for this well, so it's a mystery.   Great well, and certainly the reason Antero followed up with the Norman 1H and the Yontz 1H next door, and took out permits for the Gary 1,2 and the Rubel 2 (now completed) and 3.   A hot area.

LL,

I saw similar (but a little lower) numbers to what Hiker posted.  According to the December Eclipse Resources Corporate Presentation, at http://www.eclipseresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Corporat... on page 4 the Rubel well produced 3,000 boe with a TBD amount of liguids.  I think Eclipse and Antero partnered on this well.  3,000-3,500 boe with a lot of oil and NGL's are really good numbers.

The owners are saying 13000 BOE/D.  Seems highly unlikely in my book.

Madd man:   By "owners", do you mean Antero, or do you refer to G and N. Rubel, or ?

I certainly wish that the 13000 BOE/day figure would be correct, but highly doubt it also.  Sounds like a lot of puff and blow at the barstool by someone far from the action.  Please enlighten us as to source?

I predict that just prior to the IPO date, Antero will come out with lots of well data (including the Rubel) to try and whip up the stock price (and also to divert attention from the recent tragic deaths in W.Va).

It is interesting to note that in addition to the Gary 1H and 2H, Antero just received a permit for the Gary 3H next door to this well.   There is something good coming out of the ground in W. Monroe, but maybe not 13000 BOE/day lol.

I just found out the Rubel Unit 1H is producing 7900 BOE/D

Where is the Gary 3H well ??

The Gary wells 1H, 2H, 3H run adjacent to the Rubel wells on the SW side.   They will be drilled NW from the Norman/Yontz pad on the Carpenter property in Monroe County/Seneca Township.  The ends of the Gary laterals (like one of the Rubels) will pass into Marion Township/Noble County.

Interesting to see that the Yontz output is the highest of the bunch @ 8879 BOE but has the shortest lateral length @ 5115'.    The Rubel wells average about 6500'.

I am still not sure of the location of these wells, can anyone explain where they are ??

After looking at this map, it has been altered compared to  the other one I have, the total unit acreage is544.28
