Anyone else hearing this in WV? Would be saving grace for many shallow well operators, difference between bankruptcy and solvency. Dominion wouldn't have to remove legacy gathering lines ($) and have a fixed source of gas for local distribution (that they turn around and sell to residential customers for ($13 Mcf) for nearly eternity. Small guys choking on gateway fees. Just a rumor but hopefully some kernel of truth....
