China (for one), I believe I've read earlier.

However, I don't think they would be selling it for 'profit' - rather, I think they would be using it .

It said that ISIS controls about 10% of Iraq's oil but has to sell it at a discount.

So any who purchase ISIS oil would also be enemies of Western Civilization.

Who would the buyers of ISIS black market oil be ?

China / Russia ? ?

The article also writes that Majors only charge a 'Service Fee' to run / manage the government's oil fields.

I think the Majors ought to raise the price they charge for their services like those who transport production from our wells do here in the USA.

Also proves to me that Iraq by virtue of it's production is still waging economic warfare against Western Civilization.

Also lifting sanctions in Iran in exchange for minimizations of their nuclear ambitions (which is something I personally think Iran doesn't really intend to do) is also aiding and abetting those opposed to Western interests. That one was on us for goodness sake ! ! Can you believe it ? ?

It's a mess.

In reality, the West (including us) are now getting their collective buts handed to them on a plate.

Maybe the Majors should STOP / be sanctioned to STOP running / managing ALL of the Syrian Government's Oil Fields and instead just shut them down / secure them until such time as ISIS is destroyed / this mess is over ? ?
