I recently contacted Eclipse Resources to see what was going on here in Monroe County, and This is the response I got

Mr. Bayersdorfer,

Thank you for choosing Eclipse Resources.  We are drilling four wells in Monroe County currently and the accelerating the process as quickly as possible.  The terms of the lease have not changed, but I would take a look at it again as I don’t believe we signed any with a two year drilling commitment. We did sign some with three year drilling commitments.  Please let me know if you have any more questions.

My mistake on the lease renewal. It is 3 years for the drilling commitment.

Thank you for your quick response in this matter. Looking foward to making the "Big Bucks", I  hope you are as well. I did re-read the lease, and you are correct; a 3 year drilling commitment is in effect.
