Years ago we were offered a lease on our acreage in the Sandy Creek area, but many other neighbors decided to wait or refuse. The offer was withdrawn because they said it was difficult to work with so many landowners, most of whom use their tracts for recreation/hunting.  Is there any possibility that our area will be revisited by a leasing company?
