Seismic Testing contacted my Grandmother(93) (owns mineral rights to our property) and mentioned coming out..She has already been paid for the pr. acre amount, which should of came to us but we let that go..She needed it.

 This company has a copy of our deed, stating we are the property owners. Grandma gives the company the oldest grandsons name and said they are to work through him. He isn't on our deed. This company has the info already, I'm not sure why they haven't followed protocal but I am going to contact them Monday and let them know we'll deal with them ourselves concerning our property..

What is funny is this company has already called us several times concerning times and dates to meet with us. I really am confused as to suddenly why this shift has occured.
