selling land

Here I am again, since I am going to sell my land I am wondering if anyone knows of an oil company that is coming to Center Twp., Guernsey County Ohio.  I guess I feel that as soon as I sell an oil company will come in and lease the ground from the new owner.

I was with Shell but they cancelled.  Thanks

why don't you reserve the mineral rights and sell the surface?

Do you mean lease?  You can always call around to the companies that are in the area too.  Antero, AEP, Rice, Paloma, Chesapeake, etc.
