SELLING LAND IN CRAWFORD COUNTY

Opinions on the best way to sell my land in crawford county. Through a broker or advertise myself. Don't know any brokers that seem to only want a fair percent, they all seem to want more than normal. OPINIONS?

And this is why it needs to go into the county group. He needs to be able to discuss particulars. The county groups provide that.
