POTTER COUNTY, Pa, July 01, 2019 – Due to current and projected future low commodity prices for natural gas, JKLM Energy, LLC (JKLM) is temporarily demobilizing its well development program in Potter County.

The current low-price environment has resulted in a number of natural gas producers nationally taking steps to cut costs and scale back development plans. JKLM will continue to produce gas from our existing wells along with any associated activities. We will also continue to pay our Impact Fees and monitor closely the industry’s price environment. 

This development does not lessen our commitment to the Potter County communities in which we are operating. To date, JKLM has drilled 43 wells in Potter County and invested approximately $500 million in its drilling program. We will announce any updates or changes moving forward.
