Shell in Clarion County

A co-worker told me today at work that Shell has purchased the old Bendix factory and half of the Owens glass plant.  Has anyone else heard anything about this?

Although I personally don't know anything about this, SOMEONE has to.  What would Shell use this property for?

I would guess maybe maintence shops?
