Shell Oil Suing the Sierra Club

Shell Oil Suing the Sierra Club according to the Sierra Clubs email news letter over drilling in the Antarctic. Should be interesting. I wonder iof the Land Owners in NY couldn't try a class action law suit against greenie organizations for loss of property rights?

I hope Shell can sue them for there disinformation they voice publicly.They have to sue these people personally go after there holdings,teach them a lesson.
