My previous post dicussed signing a new lease with antero for 5k acre and 18%. Property is located with weztel and tyler county wv.

Are people who sign new leases breaking down the different layers. Are people getting leases with dofferent amounts paid for wet gas and dry gas. My property is located in the 1250 btu range. I know we do not have to pay for post production costs.

Anyone who is leased with antero and has any advise it would be greatly appreciated.
