Does anyone have any real idea if SHell will utilize those permits for the wells at the Henry Farm on Center Church rd? they did some road improvements and then nothing. IT would be alot better for everyone with leases if it was Chesapeake instead of SHell , they drill and drill and drill..

Permalink Reply by Jim Litwinowicz on February 22, 2013 at 10:32am Mark; Shell is negotiating for ROW. Perhaps they are waiting for that to complete before committing to a pad location. This would give them a little more flexibility when dealing with landowners. If not enough landowners agree on a ROW they just move the pad. Just a guess on my part.
