I would have an attorney review the 70 page lease. There is a lot of garbage in the lease that needs to be removed. Don’t sign the option agreement until the solar agent gives you a copy of the lease to review.
They have been snooping around north east Pa. Anyone know how they pay royalties [amounts etc] in areas already established?
I would think it is like the gas frenzy...beware of the leases! Same with turbines I would guess. anyone have info or suggestions on either?
