Southern Mercer County

There is a new player about to enter Mercer Co. They are interested in East Lackawannock, Lackawannnock, Hermtage,  Mercer, Shenango, Wilmington Townships plus land in Farrell, Wheatland, and West Middlesex.

 What about Columbiana County?   Anyone know of groups or new players beside Chesapeak and Penn?
