Not in my case.  Taking 51% for march 25, 2016 check.

Are most "deductions" not a flat fee for each landowner's cut of the processing costs? For example, if each landowner had to pay their share of $50 worth of processing for that month and prices are in the tank (like right now) the profits are not as high so it appears that deductions are going up. However, they're still taking the same out as when prices were decent like back in 2014. It looked like less was being taken out compared to now because the profits were way higher and the $50 was a drop in the bucket of the landowners royalty check. Now with them being low that $50 eats up a lot more of the check. Operators are not taking more to compensate for low prices, it's the low prices making it appear that way. I could be off, but that's how it was explained to me awhile ago.

Too bad they weren't made to explain it to gov't officials in a hearing.  But our gov't reps don't seem to give a xhit!!

Statoil  has not only reduced the deductions  below 10% of the gross, On the Feb. check they have gone back to Nov. and Dec. and have adjusted the deductions for those months and added them to our net. the March 25th check stub shows they went back to Oct. and adjusted the deductions down and added it to our net for March. According to the check stub they are deducting only for transportation. sure is a mystery, hope it stays that way.
