TEMPORARY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OPTION AGREEMENT

Has anyone negotiated a temporary road right-of-way option agreement?  What is the going rate for a pipeline company wanting to make a temporary road for access?

Did you ever find out any more info about this?  From what I have found the price ranges from $2-$5 per foot. Also, any other info you found about road ROW agreements would be appreciated.
