the bulldozers are here the well site is being developed

Site beaver county,pa north sewickley twp.,talked with the landowner of site and the response was he knows nothing or very little is this a smoke screen,,my thoughts are there not putting money into site prep and land aquisitions without some type of undergound seismic survey results
