Title Transactions!

When a mineral interest holder dies, and his estate is administered in the same county that the mineral rights are located.  The mineral interest was not mentioned in the estate records, however. Does the passing of this asset to his heirs count as a title transaction under Ohio 5301.56?

You probably have not received an answer because this looks like a question for a lawyer.  I assume that you are refering to ORC. 5301.56 (B)(3)(A).
