One landowner has taken Beck to court regarding the tolling of all the Beck Leases by the 7th district court.  Case is before the Ohio supreme court.   The contention is that Beck could have drilled, but didn't, and now the landowners initial Lease terms have expired.  Tolling put all the leases on hold for over 2 yrs now, which is costing a lot of landowners a lot of money as they could have re-leased.
