Trebilcock Well

Anyone care to share any info about this well status? We received our division orders finally, and were told the checks are very close to being released. Also, comparing north vs. south early Q1 production insight as to well potential and choke status...

The easiest way is to use the ODNR oil and gas well viewer:

https://gis.ohiodnr.gov/website/dog/oilgasviewer/

Use the identify button and the click on the well that you are interested in.

Kelly, I got the South unit map from Kathleen (on this site.) Perhaps she can give you the north unit map, and the bore map can be found online attached to the wellcard data. I think the north unit had a notch in it whereas the south unit is pretty much a rectangle.

If you got your division orders, and checks are "close" then the well is in production.

Given that the Crosser and Tritten wells were publically reported as being chocked back, and they are close to Trebilcock, it probably is chocked back as well.

There is a contact phone number that CHK gave to royalty owners if they have questions.  I have spoken to others who have used it and sometimes they will give out more info than for just the 1 or 2 questions you call in with.

They should have put a contact phone number in with the paperwork for your division orders and there should also be a contact phone number listed in the copy of your lease.

Okay, to share an 'unconfirmed' Trebilcock (South) update with everyone... Looks like the first few months of production yielded landowners about $75/acre/month range based on an estimated number of months in production and 15% royalty. (I know others did get more %) I also read that during Q2 they sold gas way below the average Q1 market price (+/- $2/mc...?) and this may still be choked back some. Hope this info is helpful, since many are hesitant to share.

I don't believe anyone whose well is gathered by Millport Pipeline beyond Milltree well has received any royalty payments. This would include Henceroth, Andrulis, Trebilcock, Dye, Crosser, Tritten. Late August we have heard. Also most Utica wells are choked back for the life of the well. More liquids are obtainable if gas pressure can be sustained longer. I do not know the percentage but I believe none of these wells we ever be "wide open". Longer time for production but ultimately better production than just letting had blow out full blast.
