According to the articles I have read the explosion was reported by a Eureka Hunter employee. It has yet to be reported who owns or operates the pipeline for which the compression station is used. Although according to my Google Earth plotting of the Eureka Hunter pipeline, it looks like this incident is around the intersection of the Pursley lateral and the main pipe. Too bad.
