utica well in Wetzel county wv

I have a friend that has wells drilled and in production with CHK for almost 4 years now in Wetzel County two weeks ago she visited another one that was being drilled(same area) and was told it was a Utica well being drilled. I wonder why I haven't seen a thing about CHK drilling Utica in Wetzel county any where or am I just not looking in the right places?

I searched on WV's DEP page and didn't see any permits or wells for Wetzel in the Utica, you sure it's Chesapeake?

That's what I was told by the lease and mineral owner.
