VERNON PIPELINE?

Does anyone know any details about an east - west pipeline that is being planned in Northeast Trumbull?

Surveyers  have been in the area for better than a week or so.  They had chainsaws on rt 7 the other day in Vernon area clearing brush.

I have lived in Trumbull county all my life.  My work prevents me from seeing this - but my wife tells me of all kinds of equipment going up and down route 7 just about every day.  Slow moving and large equipment on flatbed trucks with escort vehicles pushing up low hanging wires with poles and such.  I would simply like to hear from friends and neighbors in the vernon - kinsman area with any knowledge of these goings on.  And many thanks to the good knowledgeable folks on this site for their insight.
