I keep hearing I should join a land owners group. I am not from around the area but a while back I bought 40 acres in Eastern Vinton County on US 50. (almost in Athens and Meigs) Is there a group I can talk to or how do I find a land owners group? I have been contacted by Knox Energy to lease.(very very cheap) Can anyone help me with any info of where i can Go to look for a landowners group that may have been formed?
