has anyone in wash. twnshp in stark county signed or been contacted to sign ? i was contacted 2 times a year or so ago and the offers were 500 and around 600/acre from the 2 guys that came here..  that was before i knew what people are getting now and even then i said no...

glad i waited. love to know what my neighbors are getting if any has signed.  i only have 8 acres but i feel each of my acres are worth as much as the ones in carroll or columbiana where they are up to 5000 per acre.
