Read this and wonder who is driving the bus!   Paragraph four states that the Commissioners already know that SGM Holdings Inc. is going to assign the lease to Reed Energy.   I don't understand why commissiones didn't have enough clout to deal directly with an O&G Company. Why did they need an attorney involved who is going to receive royalties when the Prosecuting Attorney is the Commissioners legal counsel?
