Water Used for Drilling - What are prices paid by Gas Companies ??

What are prices being paid by Gas Companies for water obtained from a private pond/lake in PA?
I understand that about 3 - 5 million gallons of water are needed for horizontal drilling. I suspect that more would be paid for water sources close to the actual well. But what is actually being paid for water per gallon or barrel, not including transportation to the drilling site.
