My step sons inherited property in Harrison County Ohio ,they sold the property but reserved the mineral rights.
Our lawyer said they could not put their contact info on the deed or parcel recorded in the court house.
So if a company wants to lease the mineral rights how would they know who to contact?? All the adjoining property has been leased.
I have contacted couple companies and at the present time they are not leasing,but said in the near future they might be interested in it.
My stepsons Father was killed in a accident and according to his brother was going to lease it,but to whom do not know.
