Well access

The language "all rights, rights of way and privileges necessary". Does this language generally give the lessee the right to construct access roads, pipelines and/or buildings for a well site not located on this leased property but within the same pooled unit?

Yes it does ! It's another scary sentence just like " right to economically extract hydrocarbons " . I delt with this issue on a drainage ditch they put in that made it impossible to cross my pasture.
