Well Flaring in Smithfield Twp. Jefferson County Ohio

Does anyone know the name of the new well flaring close to Brightway House? It looks like it's close to Dallas Road.

Yeah I know what you mean, I live at the end of Foxes Bottom and 250. A few nights ago I looked down the hollow and though, wow the moon sure is bright coming up...wait a second the moon doesn't flicker!
