Depends on how the lease was written. How does the Pugh clause read, if there is one.

Other reasons may be a lack off infrastructure, the low prices, poor results, dry gas, other areas are a higher priority.

my opinion natural gas isnt going to see $4.00 this year its $3.28 today winter is almost over they need to produce the gas now and recoup some of thier money
