I have been keeping info on various lawyers from newspapers and magazine adds for future reference. One person I know has an Ohio Mineral Recovery issue as well and he has tried at least one of these lawyers. Too bad I didn't add comments from his feed back
The Pipe Line Lawyer in Columbus has had good feedback on GMS.com, if you should need one, and the write up about pipelines is perfect for the beginner to learn about what he needs to know before making a mistake by signing a ROW for a high pressure Pipeline Rep.

June 21st Farm & Dairy, page 14 has an article "Don't Be In A Hurry To Sell Your Mineral Rights". The author was Monroe County Attorney Richard A. Yoss. The last sentence of the article makes the following statement: So far his law firm has been 95% successful in abondoning the old leases using the Dormant Minerals Rights Act. A 95% success rate should be enough to help you as well if you need help after the current lawyer makes a try at your mineral rights recovery
