does anyone know what they mean or have white flag markers/pink flag markers on their property?

White is supposed to represent proposed excavation, pink traditionally used for location or boundary.

If you had seismic work done they should have contacted you ?

what about the orange?

color depends on the company, Veritas uses white and blue to mark permitted/allowed access roads for the drills to use, orange serves as "bread crumbs" for the drillers to locate the stake sites to drill which are marked orange and have location/sequence info on them, and them\n there is a different color for audiophone locations - pink as I remember.

If you see one of the crew members they can show you the map they are using and it will show 2 crisscrossing lines - one of drilling/blast locations and the other of audio locations. Drill holes go in first, phones go in last There will also be exclusion zones around water sources, dwellings, and other sensitive areas.
