seems like all these "mineral buyers" are jokers and just trying to flip paperwork, without paying, to other buyers.. i'm in an area (Athens co.) that isn't hot but I enjoy following the hot topics on here.. I've seen too many people talking about being let down on big offers for mineral rights.. I think it's important for people to know who hasn't paid so they can avoid them.. thoughts?
