Has anyone dealt with Rice Energy on ROW agreements? Belmont County Ohio

If so, would you share your experience, what they paid, etc. Was the ROW for 50 or 100 feet of width. (100 @24 lf is what is being offered) Seems kind of low to me, but I do no have a clue. I have been seeing prices all over the place, with 50-60 seeming to be the average. My neighbor has been approached and asked me to find out what I could, if any thing for them
