Who's building the pipleline in Belmont County are SR250???

Around route 250 Colerain Township and County road 4. and 647  they are excavating for pipeline. Just curious as to which company it is. Spectra?? mark West??

I think you're talking about the line that Regency is putting in. It's a 36" line that, I think, starts in Powhatan. Not sure where it's ending. Supposed to be 45 miles long. It's coming across my farm, which is in the northeast corner of Richland twp. Spectra is also putting in a 36" line. The two lines are close to each other near me.
