Two guys were out "mapping" a pipeline that goes across my son's property yesterday, stated that "Atlas" has no records of were the pipelines actually go.

Worse part is my son was out digging last summer in this area and could have punctured the line with the front loader on the tractor.  He had no idea the line ran across the property.

Don't know if these people had the right to just go across the property, the men told my husband the "company" was suppose to send letters out to everyone, however my son didn't receive one.

Just wondered if anyone else has a visit from these people.

I received a letter from Laurel Mountain Midstream abour 3 months ago stating they were going to do a survey of the pipeline ROW passing through my property (East Lackawannock). Some digging on the internet shows LMM is a joint venture between Williams (51%) and Chevron (49%). Interesting that Chevron has a lot of Mercer County land HBP and now they have a midstrem partnership. Amish neighbor recently told me he received a map from Chevron indicating their future plans/locations for drilling. I have not seen this map. As a side note, the drilling rig from the Hurtt well was removed a week ago today.
