2 year, $2500, 20% signed November 2012 on 96 acres on Battle Creek Road, Windham Bradford. TLM has well pad and pipeline plans in place the reason for the short lease.

98.3% confidence level of this report. This is north of the Senn pad frac'd 2 weeks ago and the pipeline currently being laid from Peck Hiil to Acres pad will tie into Senn and up to this new pad.
