Well i signed 2 half  years ago for2500 acre an 15 % i have 2 an Half years before my new lease when i signed they or i was told i would get the same as the first  time  i signed  so we will see . but as far as CHK being low on money who cares there will be a nother company to come in buy them out thats my thought on it so stick to your guns 3250 aces an 17 % is decent price but in ohio just 5 miles from me they are getting 5500 acres   18% so if you dont need money sit an wait ..... i have freinds in TX an chk is selling everything In TX  HMMMMMMMMMMM wounder why cause they Hit jack pot in beaver county
