There a place in Bridgeport Ohio offering $6800 an acre. But they want me to bring them the deeds and taxe papers. They never call back. And they never sent the lease. They wanted people to come in all at one time for a signing if it ever happened.

Does anyone have info on  this group?? Is it legit or a waste of time??

IMPORTANT NEWS!

We continue to prepare and sign leases for those properties submitted to us prior to November 15, 2013.  We cannot guarantee acceptance of any parcels enrolled after that date.  Great River Energy LLC has become more focused on land location and size.  We have a better chance of acceptance if a parcel, or a combination of adjoining parcels, has a total of 5 acres or more.  So, if you own a small lot, check with your neighbors about joining in a lease package to make it a more favorable land group!

However, the Eastern Ohio Utica Group, LLC will continue to accept enrollment forms for properties in the eastern part of Belmont County and southern Jefferson County beyond the said deadline.  We are working to get everyone into a good lease agreement.  Thank you for your patience and continued support of our group!  We will keep you updated as new lease negotiations develop!
